FAQS

Who are your services for?

My services are for anyone impacted by ADHD. Whether you're an individual with ADHD, a parent or partner of someone who is, or an employer looking to create a more inclusive workplace, my work is designed to help you understand, communicate, and flourish.

How are your services different from traditional therapy or coaching?

My approach is founded on the principle of "different, not deficit." I don't focus on what's "wrong," but rather on understanding the unique wiring of the neurodivergent brain. My work combines personal, lived experience with evidence-based strategies to create practical and compassionate solutions. It's about building on your strengths to find your own path forward.

What kind of results can I expect?

You can expect to gain a deeper understanding of ADHD and its impact on your life and relationships. Together, we'll build a personalised toolkit of strategies for managing daily life, emotional regulation, and communication. The goal is to feel more empowered, confident, and capable of actively engaging in your life in a way that feels authentic to you.

Do you only work with individuals?

While I do offer one-on-one coaching, my work extends to families, schools, and organizations. I provide workshops and tailored programs to help parents, teachers, and employers understand the ADHD brain and create environments where everyone can thrive.

How do I get started?

The best first step is to get in touch. You can book a no-obligation discovery call on my website to share what's on your mind and see if my approach is the right fit for you. I look forward to connecting with you personally.
